1983 Larrivee L-27

As a longtime Larrivee fan and dealer, we absolutely love to see these older instruments come in the shop. This "L" body, which is Jean Larrivee's own design, boast a florentine cutaway for access to the upper registers. We also love the rosette, which looks like it belongs more on a classical guitar, which would make sense since Jean started as a classical builder with Toronto based luthier Edgar Moench Sr. This fine instrument, serial number 272954, also features the gorgeous inlay work of Wendy Larrivee. 

Overall the instrument is in great shape, with minimal play wear and dings. Recent bone nut and saddle. One back crack on the lower bout but completely stable. It is also gig ready with a K and K pure mini pickup.
