Here at Acoustic Corner, it is our goal to assist you in purchasing an instrument that you will be pleased to own and play. To that end, we encourage you to call or email to discuss your needs and preferences. The more we know, the better we are able to assist you. We are knowledgeable in the aspects of instrument design and construction as well as different playing styles relevant to your search for the perfect instrument. Free of sales pressure, our goal is to guide you in making the right choice-minimizing the need to return an instrument you have purchased. 

• All instruments are shipped within 24 hours of ordering via UPS or Fed Ex ONLY, fully insured for the total sale amount, and DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
• All instruments are subject to a 72-hour approval, starting from the day of delivery. 
• It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED that during times of extreme summer heat, or excessive winter cold, that the instrument acclimates in your residence for a MINIMUM of 6 hours before being removed from it’s packaging. 
• All used instruments are sold AS IS.
