1970 J. Alberto Pantejo Martin Flamenco Guitar
$5,299.00
It is rare that we see true Flamenco guitars here in the store, so we were delighted to see and play this amazing instrument.
Born in 1931 in Maron de la Frontera - arguably the heartland of traditional flamenco, Jose Alberto Pantoja Martin learned guitar making in Sevilla in the early 1960's - largely self-taught, and set up his own shop as an independent builder in 1967.
Outstanding condition, and what looks like a more recent refret. Expertly repaired top crack that runs along the A string, visible below the bridge.
