1915 Gibson A

Nothing beats that throaty growl of these early Gibson oval hole mandolins, and this 1915 (serial number 24241) Gibson A is in great shape and sounds fantastic. This one is all original, including the tuners! It does look that perhaps the fretboard came off of this one at one time, but it appears to be original. 

These mandolins sound amazing, and are perfect for Old Time, Celtic, Swing, Classical, and anything else you can throw at it. 

Like a lot of these mandolins, the pickguard is long gone. Comes with a non-original featherweight style case.
