Refund policy
AN INSTRUMENT CAN BE RETURNED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

Contact Acoustic Corner within the 72-hour period of confirmed delivery time to discuss your need to return the instrument and obtain an RMA number.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ARRANGED DURING THE TIME “WINDOW” OR WHICH HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN RMA NUMBER.

All new instruments must be in original condition upon return, subject to our inspection standards. The instrument must be clean of playing marks, with no signs of wear or damage, regardless of how minor. Used instruments must be returned in the same condition as they were originally shipped, subject to our inspection standards.

Your return must include all the original packaging, manufacturer’s material, accessories and/or equipment which shipped with your purchase.

Return shipping through Fed Ex or UPS ONLY, including insurance for the purchase of the instrument, must be prepaid at the buyer’s expense.
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE UPON RETURN SHIPPING WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT; YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPER.

Once received, the instrument will be inspected to confirm condition. If it is accepted, the purchase price, minus a 3% restocking fee, will be refunded to the card used for purchase.
