Circa 1920 Andreas Morelli Violin

Made in the 1920's by Karl Hermann in Markneukirchen, this amazing instrument based on a 1724 Stradivarius is perhaps one of the most lightweight and articulate violins to ever be in our store. 

Setup by Black Mountain based luthier Kate Rickenbacker, this fine instrument is currently strung with Pirastro Tonica strings with a Gold E string. 

Showing no major repairs, this instrument is in fantastic shape for being at least 100 years old. 

Sweet and focused sound with soaring overtones. 

Gorgeous one-piece back.
