2014 Aaron Morris 00-42
One of the most beautiful instruments currently gracing our wall, this 42-style build was completed by Thomasville, NC luthier Aaron Morris for a well known area singer songwriter.
Constructed of Mt. Mitchell harvested red spruce from John Arnold's stash as well as some absolutely stunning Brazilian rosewood, not only is this shade-top 00 aesthetically pleasing, but the sound when played is like a miniature orchestra. Tight, clear bass with a warm and pleasing midrange and soaring trebles create an incredibly balanced and responsive instrument.
With a 1 and 3/4" nut and 24.9" scale, this is a consummate fingerstyle instrument though responds very well to a flatpick.
This fine guitar, serial number 44 has almost no play and pick wear yet is gig-ready with a K&K Pure Mini pickup.
One of a kind, lifetime guitar.
TKL hard case included.
