1969 Martin D28

This one owner Martin D-28 has been lovingly maintained by esteemed Asheville, NC luthier Randy Hughes. 

Serial number 244830 is in great shape; boasting some lightly bear-clawed spruce and Brazilian Rosewood, the last year it was offered by Martin. This instrument has had a neck reset, a bridge reglue and possible bridge replacement (some over spray in the bridge area) and a replaced pick guard. No major breaks or cracks besides on small repaired crack near the endpin. There is some moderate fret wear in first position and expected play wear for a 57 year old guitar. 

This instrument also included an older Schaller Oyster style pickup that still sounds great. 

The quintessential Martin dreadnaught.
