1922 Gibson TB-4 Tenor Banjo
$1,399.00
Serial number 11581 puts this amazing TB-4 right at 1922. We love to see those old hollow-rim Gibson's banjos, and most of these end with 5-string conversion necks.
The Kraske rim is a unique, hollow-chambered banjo rim designed and patented by Victor Kraske. Gibson utilized this innovative design for their very first banjos around 1918. Unlike traditional solid wood rims, the hollow construction provides these 12-inch, open-back banjos with a distinctively sweet, warm, and highly resonant.
This instrument is in amazing shape despite being over 100 years old!!
