Circa 1900 German "Calico" Stradivarius Copy

Completely re-voiced by local fiddle legend Roger Howell, this German workshop violin is light as feather yet loud, open, airy, and sweet. 

This instrument has a traditional fiddle setup with a very flat bridge profile, low action, and a Kronotone tailpiece, however has been strung with Pirastro Obligato, which have a brilliant, full sound and excellent response. Outstanding instrument for the Country, Bluegrass, or Old Time fiddler. 

Instrument includes a fiberglass dart-style case.
